Alchemist makes the skill and professionalism of its technicians available through a range of services designed for the upkeep and maintenance of your wheels, so you will always have the original components and a guarantee that the work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

After purchasing one of the three option, just place the receipt inside the box with the wheels. Shipping cost within Italy is included. Within the European Union shipping cost charged is € 20 Including VAT.

We can organize the picking of the wheels with Express Currier. You can buy this service at the price of € 20 including VAT within all Europe.
 

Service 1 €50.00 including VAT

General check of the state of the rim, tensioning and balancing of the wheel set, inspection of the parts that are subject to wear and tear, replacement of a maximum of three spokes and nipples and labour for the replacement of any parts. The damaged or worn components will be counted separately based on the list of spare parts, pending notice to the customer.

Service 2 €70.00 + €105.00 (if the wheels have ceramic bearing ) including VAT.

General check of the state of the rim, tensioning and balancing of the wheel set, replacement of a maximum of three spokes and nipples, inspection of the parts that are subject to wear and tear and the replacement of hub and body bearings. Other damaged or worn components will be counted separately based on the list of spare parts, pending notice to the customer.

Service 3 €150.00 + €105.00 (if the wheels have ceramic bearings) including VAT.

General check of the state of the rim, tensioning, balancing, replacement of hub bearings, replacement of a maximum of three spokes and nipples, replacement of the 26HT body + floating toothed flange and spring, oiling. If further actions are required, the customer will be notified, and all costs will be agreed in advance.
